Introduction :
The Department of Finance Plays Pivotal role in the Development of the State. Finance Department of Goa Have the Following Sub Sections Under Them :
Finance – Audit / Budget Division
Vide General Administration Department’s Notification No. 23/1/87-GA&C(Vol. IV)/1117 dated 08/07/2021 the subject matter of Finance (Audit) are merged with Budget Department.
Finance – Debt Management Division
The Finance Debt Management Division was set up in the year 2009 by converting Finance Commission Cell
Finance – Expenditure Division
The Finance (Expenditure) Department primarily plays the role in an advisory capacity, being a referral Department for the subject maters defined under the Business Allocation Rules.
Finance – Revenue & Control Division
The Finance (R&C) Department primarily plays the role in an advisory capacity, being a referral Department for the subject matters defined under the Business Allocation Rules.
Finance – Public Private Partnership Division
Public Private Partnerships offer a unique and innovative method of involving the private sector in the nation building activity.
