What are the services provided through this portal?
Most of the services covered in this portal are through Goa Online. To use online services available you need to click on the ‘Citizen Services’ link under Citizen tab.It will provide you a list of services available you can then click on the required service which will redirect you to Goa Online site where you will have to Register/Login and then apply for the same.
Who is responsible for maintaining the official web-portal?
Department of Information Technology, Government of Goa through Implementing Agency(IA) M/s Goa Electronics Limited(GEL) has formed a team which is responsible for maintaining the portal. Goa Electronics Limited is responsible for design, development of content as per respective Departmental requirements for the web portal.

To lodge a grievance you can click on ‘Register Grievance’ link on Home Page footer section.You will be redirected to Goa Online where you will have to Login/Register and accordingly register your grievance.

The Portal has very user-friendly design built to it.
