Introduction :
The Industrial Tribunal and Labour-Court is handling the cases relating to disputes referred by appropriate Government u/s Section 10(1) (d) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 regarding Charter of demands, refusal of employment, illegal transfer, retrenchment, closure, etc.; Application for approval u/s 33(2)(b) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 for the action taken by the employer in dismissing the employee from service; Permission application u/s 33(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947; Application u/s 2(A)(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and Complaint u/s 33-A of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 for altering the condition of service applicable to the workmen.
