Procedure to View Form I & IV
1.    Browse http://egov.goa.nic.in/dslr/homepage.aspx
2.    Click on “Form I & IV”.
3.    Provide necessary information, i.e.
a.    Select Taluka
b.    Select Village
c.    Select Survey Number
d.    Select Subdivision Number
4.    After providing above information, click on “View Details”.
5.    Now click on any of the following links to view in details
a.    Land Classification
b.    Occupants
c.    Tenants
d.    Other Rights
e.    Cultivators
6.    Click on “Clear”, to clear this search and can start from step 3 to view land record again.

Procedure to View Form D
1.    Browse http://egov.goa.nic.in/dslr/homepage.aspx
2.    Click on “Form D”.
3.    Provide necessary information, i.e.
a.    Select city
b.    Select PT Sheet Number
c.    Select Chalta Number
4.    After providing above information, click on “View Details”.
5.    Now click on any of the following links to view in details
a.    Property Details
b.    Easements   
c.    (Original)Holders Lessees Encumbrances
d.    Other Remarks 
e.    (Mutated)Holders Lessees Encumbrances
6.    Click on “Clear”, to clear this search and can start from step 3 to view land record again.

Procedure to view Mutation status for rural area
1.    Browse http://egov.goa.nic.in/dslr/homepage.aspx
2.    Click on “Mutation Status (Rural)”.
3.    Provide necessary information, i.e.
a.    Select Taluka
b.    Type Mutation Number
4.    After providing above information, click on “View Status”.
5.    Click on “Clear”, to clear this search and can start from step 3 to view status again.

Procedure to view Mutation status for urban area
1.    Browse http://egov.goa.nic.in/dslr/homepage.aspx
2.    Click on “Mutation Status (Urban)”.
3.    Provide Mutation Number
4.    Click on “View Status”.
5.    Click on “Clear”, to clear this search and can start from step 3 to view status again.
